The representative of the "Russian Paris", painter, graphic artist, writer. Born in Sevastopol in the noble family, related to the Karamzins. The first drawing lessons she received in St. Petersburg under the guidance of the artist Smolich-Ruchkovska. In 1920 she settled in Paris. She studied at the school of Glaze in Lyon and in the Russian Art Academy of T. Suhotina-Tolstaya in Paris. She painted impressionistic landscapes of Provence and portraits, and later she worked in the abstract and half abstract manners. Since 1930 she worked under the pseudonym of Loguine. In 1930s she perfected her skills under the guidance of N. Goncharova. In 1966 she established the Union of friends of N. Goncharova and M. Larionov. She was in friendly terms with I. Bunin and V. Bunin, later she wrote memoirs about I. Bunin with illustrations. In 1973 on her initiative the days of I. Bunin in Grasse were held. She participated in such salons as Independent and Tuileries, in the exhibitions in Paris, Lyon, Harly, Grasse. In 1972 there were held her solo exhibitions in Paris and Stockholm. She was buried in St. Genevieve de Bois.
