A French painter, watercolourist. Born in Paris. He studied under the guidance of his father, the painter L. Leverd, then under the guidance of such artists as F. Jobert-Duval and P. Lami. In 1891 he won a silver medal at the Salon of the French artists. He painted mostly watercolour urban scenes which were in great demand and were bought by the government agencies and the City Council of Paris. He collaborated with such almanacs as L 'Art et les Artistes and La Revue Modern, which published the master’s works (1913 - 1914, 1924, 1925, 1928). He lived and worked in Paris. He is presented in numerous museums of France.
