Russian painter, dancer and circus rider. Born in stanitseUst-Belokalitvensk, area of the Don Cossacks. In 1920 he moved to Constantinople, and then - in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. In the 1930s, chose the path of a professional dancer and circus rider. Worked with the troupe of Cossacks- dzhigits in Morocco for a long time. Then he entered into Platov Cossack Choir of N. Kostryukov as a dancer and was later invited to the S. Zharov Don Cossack Choir, which visited many countries and toured in Paris for long periods. Engaged in private art studios of Paris. After 1945 he settled in New York. He painted cityscapes, paintings on the themes of Cossacks' peaceful and military life. Every year, he participated in exhibitions of paintings in the open air around Washington Square Park in New York. After his death, his works were kept in Cossack Committee in Holwell, NJ. In 1991 The Committee presented 86 paintings to the Museum of Don Cossacks in Novocherkassk.
