A Russian painter. Born in Moscow. Brother of the artist O. Yegornov. He studied in St. Petersburg at the Art school of the Society for the Promotion of Artists (1879 - 1881) and at the Academy of Arts (since 1881). He was awarded such medals as: 1885 - small, 1887 - small and large, 1888 - big silver, 1890 - small gold, in 1891 he got the title...

He was awarded such medals as: 1885 - small, 1887 - small and large, 1888 - big silver, 1890 - small gold, in 1891 he got the title of the class painter of the 1st degree. Since 1890 he exhibited his works at the exhibitions of the Academy of Arts, St. Petersburg Union of artists, and in 1904 in St. Petersburg his solo exhibition was held. He became famous as a portraitist, he often painted landscapes and historical compositions. His works are kept in the State Russian Museum, Irkutsk Art Museum, Perm Art Gallery, etc.
