Ukrainian painter, ceramist and graphic artist. One of the leaders of the artistic life of Lviv of ІІІ quarter of ХХ century. Born in Toky, Ternopil Oblast. He graduated from Lviv School of Applied and Decorative Arts named after I. Trush (1959). He studied at Lviv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (1959 - 1965). He had been teaching at the same Institute from 1965 till 1975. In 1971 he was a head of applied and decorative arts of Lviv division of Union of Artists of Ukraine. In 1973 he got honorary diploma at an international competition of ceramics in Italy. Honored Artist of Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (1988). His works are kept at Lviv museums and private collections.
