Permanent participant of exhibitions at the Grand Palace on the Champs Elysees and other Parisian salons. He painted alpine and sea views of Britain. He became widely known as the master of scenes of urban life in Paris. In 1951 presented _ series of works of views  of Montparnasse at the Paris Academy of Arts. Author of illustrations to many works of fiction, including the fairy tales of of H. Ch. Andersen and Ch. Perrault. Made  monumental compositions for the monastery in Argenteuil, St. Francis de Sales Church in Paris and others. Works are kept in museums and private collections of France, the Netherlands and the USA
