An artist of the Russian emigration, painter, painted mostly seascapes. Born in Kyiv. He graduated from Kyiv University. Officer in the Imperial Navy, in 1914 he volunteered for the front, fought in the rank of the lieutenant- naval cadet on the ship "Orkan". In 1920 he emigrated to the Kingdom of SCS. He took private painting lessons from O. Hanzen, taught drawing in the classic school of Cetinje. In the late 1930s he settled in Belgrade. During 1920s - 1930s, along with his wife, the artist G. Boyadzhiyeva, he held art exhibitions in Zagreb, Prague, Paris and Brussels. In 1954 he settled in Lysekil (Sweden), continued to paint. His works are kept in the Maritime Museum of Kotor city, in the Palace of King Mykolay in Cetinje, in the museum of Herceg Novi, in the private collections in Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and Sweden.
